Executive Producer
Talal Mahmood is an experienced Executive Producer specializing in video production, live events, and digital marketing with over a decade in roles like Senior Art Director and Senior Marketing Specialist. Leading Teal Flamingo Studios’ video production, he focuses on live broadcasts and major events.
Jamie Marshall
Creative Director
Jamie Marshall has worked across the advertising, design and broadcast industries for over ten years guiding creative teams to produce effective, relevant and engaging communications. Jamie drives the conceptual aspect of our productions and co-ordinates the creative department of Teal Flamingo. A versatile creative who is passionate about his work, he brings a broad range of experience to the team.

Abdel Wahab Mahmoud is an experienced production manager and producer with over a decade in the entertainment industry, specializing in video production and location management.Based in Bahrain, he has worked on projects ranging from TV series to films and music videos, collaborating with renowned artists and production companies across the Middle East.

Gerhard Strydom, our Lead Tech Engineer, brings over a decade of expertise in diverse fields including networking, broadcast, entertainment, and agriculture. His extensive experience, gained across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, empowers our team to deliver innovative solutions.
Abbas Al Haj
Project Manager
Abbas Al Haji, our Project Manager, has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for high- profile clients like Riot Games MENA, Zain Bahrain, and Zain Group, Red Bull MENA, etc., both internationally and locally. He currently oversees a number of strategic projects, ensuring their successful execution through effective coordination, task allocation, and team communication.

With a rich history in esports dating back to 2003, Tomas has successfully managed teams and events across various competitive titles, including League of Legends, Rainbow Six, Valorant and others. His experience includes leadership roles with notable organizations such as ROCCAT, Rogue, and KOI. Tomas is leading the company's expansion into new ventures and spearheading client acquisition efforts within sports and esports.
